If we are in a PODCAST, you are welcome to come in, sit down and listen to the broadcast. We ask that guests try to be there 10 to 15 minutes early. 

If you prefer to call in, Zoom or SKYPE, we can call you prior if you supply us your SKYPE ID or Phone number, For Zoom calls, we will send you a link the day before.  

Here’s what we need for the show:

1. We require a little background on yourself. 100-150 words.
2. Will you appear in person, via phone, Zoom, or Skype?
3. Your title – or how you would like to be introduced. 
4. A headshot of yourself so we can place it online along with the PODCAST.
5. Please include a topic for discussion and 4 or 5 questions.
